Digital Marketing Executive

Candor Technology Services is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Kolkata.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing activities for Candor Technology Services and its clients. The role will focus on SEO, Local SEO, social media marketing, content, online visibility, lead generation and digital campaign support.

The ideal candidate should be creative, willing to learn, comfortable working with digital marketing tools, and able to understand business goals and convert them into practical marketing activities.

This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who wants to build strong experience across SEO, social media, content marketing and business lead generation.

• Plan and execute digital marketing activities for CTS and its clients.
• Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms.
• Create and publish engaging social media posts, reels and marketing content.
• Perform keyword research and identify SEO opportunities.
• Implement basic on-page SEO improvements.
• Support Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Monitor website traffic, search visibility and marketing performance.
• Use Google Analytics and Google Search Console for basic reporting and analysis.
• Generate and qualify digital marketing leads through appropriate channels.
• Assist with email marketing and online promotional campaigns when required.
• Coordinate with the web development and design team for marketing requirements.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and performance updates.
• Research new digital marketing trends, tools and AI-powered marketing solutions.
• Support client projects and communicate marketing requirements professionally.
• Continuously test and improve marketing strategies based on performance data.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Good understanding of SEO and basic on-page SEO.
• Knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile.
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn business pages.
• Basic understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Good written communication and content-writing skills.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Understanding of lead generation and digital marketing funnels.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress/CMS will be an advantage.
• Ability to research industries, competitors, keywords and target audiences.
• Good communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn new AI and digital marketing tools.
• Candidates should be able to work from our Kolkata office.
