We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support our internal HR operations and help scale our growing team across PAN India.
Responsibilities
Manage HRIS data and employee records
Support payroll and benefits administration
Assist with compliance reporting
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain HR policies and documentation

Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
3+ years of HR operations experience
