These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KORRN Aviation Services Private Limited governing your access to and use of our website, candidate portal, employer portal, vendor portal, job listings, and all related HR, recruitment, staffing, payroll, training, RPO, and consulting services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our website or any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, register on our portals, or apply for positions through our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Accounts & Portals

Certain features of the Services, including the candidate, employer, and vendor portals, require you to create an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated at all times.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with any third party.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, compromises security, or is used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, in our sole discretion and without prior notice.

5. Candidate Obligations

As a candidate, you agree that the information you provide — including your resume/CV, employment history, education details, skills, and certifications — is true, accurate, and complete. You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or credentials.
• Provide forged documents, certificates, or references.
• Apply for positions for which you are not qualified or not genuinely interested.
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.

We rely on the accuracy of candidate information when introducing candidates to client organisations. Any misrepresentation may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or termination of employment at the client's discretion, without any liability to us.

6. Employer & Client Obligations

By engaging our recruitment or staffing services, employers and clients agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and employment terms.
• Comply with all applicable employment, labour, and tax laws in India.
• Treat candidate information with confidentiality and use it solely for recruitment purposes.
• Honour the fee terms agreed in the service agreement for placements and staffing services.
• Inform us promptly of any offer made to, or engagement of, a candidate introduced by us.

Clients shall not approach or hire candidates introduced by us directly without prior written consent from us, except as expressly permitted in the applicable service agreement.

7. Vendor Obligations

Vendors empanelled with us agree to provide accurate business and compliance documentation, deliver services in accordance with agreed standards and timelines, maintain the confidentiality of client and candidate information, and comply with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to de-empanel any vendor that fails to meet these obligations or our quality standards.

8. Fees & Payments

Fees for our recruitment, staffing, payroll, RPO, training, and consulting services are set out in the applicable service agreements, purchase orders, or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Placement fees are payable as per the terms of the service agreement and are generally invoiced upon offer acceptance or joining, as agreed.
• All payments must be made by the due date stated on the invoice; late payments may attract interest at the rate specified in the agreement.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable GST and other statutory levies, which will be added as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, databases, and the overall design and arrangement of the site — is the property of KORRN Aviation Services Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent. The name, logo, and branding of KORRN Aviation Services Private Limited may not be used in connection with any product or service without our written permission.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KORRN Aviation Services Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or any information you submit, post, or transmit through the Services.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including a breach of these Terms, without prior notice or liability. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on fees, intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall first be referred to negotiation and mediation in good faith. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of such referral, it shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator appointed by KORRN Aviation Services Private Limited, and the seat of arbitration shall be the city of our registered office. Subject to the foregoing arbitration provision, the courts of the city of our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters arising under these Terms.
